Perks of Eating Healthy

Many people view eating healthy as a bad and annoying thing as you can't eat many of the foods you may like such as candy, burgers and many other things. However, these are temporary forms of happiness and eating healthy food has many more perks, in the long run, one of which is that you will have better health. Keeping your body healthy will lower your chances of getting diseases as well as making you live longer. Your body will also be in better condition meaning you won't get sick as much and you will feel better overall.
